10A-Elevator Pitch 1

Elevator Pitch 1

  1. Hey Austin, I thought your delivery was actually really good. I can tell you feel fairly natural around the camera. The only thing is, it seems like you winged it a little bit on this pitch. I would try to refine the material and memorize it as best as possible to avoid thinking what the next world is. Doing so makes you seem a little less confident in your idea and feels a little less authentic. Overall though I thought it was a great first elevator pitch. If you fix up some of the small details, you definitely have something.

  2. I think your vocal variance and variety were refreshing throughout the pitch, and you had a comforting and professional presence. However, I don't believe your pitch was the best it could be, both in terms of content and connection to the audience. You did indeed have a strong base and I believe in the connection to the business, but it could have been better.

  3. You described your customer base and pitched it in a way that could convince some other people that they need this product. I think having some numbers or a clearer business model would help. I feel like you would do well speaking live but in this instance on the camera it is hard to maintain your train of thought and speak confidently on camera. Overall it was convincing and adequately articulated.
